I like how you place the photographer as being part of the scene, photographing their neighbourhood. This is how an image can speak and illustrate a story, this means there is ambiguity in the photo, that there is room to add your own interpretation. I Wonder what gives you the sense it is calm and peaceful? Not that I disagree, more like, what part of the photos help to enforce those thoughts? Is it the light? The mountains in the horizon?
